Using our service is simple. On our website, you can choose the repair service that best suits your needs from three different packages, each designed to meet different requirements.
Once you have selected your package and completed your order, you will receive an email or message confirming the scheduled collection date.
From that moment on, we take care of everything: we’ll collect your shoes, repair them with care and, once the work is complete, ship them directly back to your home, ready to be worn again.

Once your order is complete, we’ll arrange for your shoes to be collected directly from the delivery address you provided. Both collection and return delivery will take place at the same address.
You’ll receive an email with all the information you need to prepare your package. Simply follow the instructions and hand your shoes over to the courier for shipment to our workshop.
The repair is generally completed within 2–3 business days. Including collection and shipping times, your shoes are normally returned within approximately 5 business days.
These are our standard turnaround times. However, in some cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as temporary material shortages, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
For this reason, we allow a maximum of 2 weeks to complete the repair and return your shoes, although in most cases the service is completed much sooner.
